The Members of the Corporation are the Provincial Minister and Provincial Councilors of the Franciscan Province of the Sacred Heart in St. Louis, Missouri. The Members appoint the Board of Trustees. The President and Board of Trustees are accountable to the Members for preserving the Catholic/Franciscan mission of the school. Authority to operate Padua resides within the Board of Trustees comprised of community and religious leaders. The President of the school is a full-time employee who works closely with the Principal and administrative team to conduct the day-to-day curricular and extra-curricular educational programs. BREWIN’ CAFÉ In the cafeteria, Padua maintains a Wi-Fi hub and coffee shop named the Brewin’ Café. Students have the privilege to use the computers, printers and purchase food and beverage. The café is open from 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Offerings include both caffeinated and non-caffeinated beverages, fresh baked items, and healthy food choices. The Wi-Fi hub is always available. Students may purchase items before school from 7:00 to 7:55 a.m. Items purchased from the café may not be taken out of the cafeteria. As a privilege, juniors and seniors, however, may have food and drink in the first floor hallway until the 7:55 a.m. bell. Students are responsible for their hall cleanliness.   18
