1. Test The Market
Leigh’s Coming Soon and Pocket Listing programs help him determine what the highest possible
price a buyer will pay for your home before putting it on the market.
2. Transparency & Communication
Not hearing from your agent is a major complaint of sellers. Leigh shares a high-tech report with
you that shows what he is working on daily to sell your home.
3. Proactive Honesty
If Leigh ever receives feedback that a cosmetic feature of your home is of issue, he will bring it to
your attention. He will then seek out a solution to remedy it for you.
4. Showing & Open House Feedback
Leigh follows up with every buyer and agent who shows your home or attends your open house
to see if they want to buy your home. If they are not interested, Leigh finds out why.
5. Re-engaging Potential Buyers
If a buyer expresses some interest but wants to continue their search, Leigh follows up to see
how their search is going and if they want to come back for a second look. He also re-targets
online traffic or people that have viewed your home online but have yet to set up a showing.
6. Reverse Offers
If a buyer expresses extra interest in your property, Leigh will talk to you about the possibility of
making an offer to that buyer! A reverse offer is an effective sales technique that Leigh is known
for that directly addresses hesitancy.
7. Multiple Offers
Sometimes all an interested buyer needs to entice them to make an offer is a bit of competition.
With your permission, Leigh will alert interested buyers of other offers to stoke multiple offers to
come in!
