The Lotus: This dark wine exhibits aromas of plum, black cherry, and candied raspberry, with earthy notes of leather, clay, and sage. For a wine this big and dark, it is also very light on its feet with bright fruit, clean acidity, and a soft nish with gripping tannins.
The Dragon: The Dragon Returns with classic ripe red cherry and pomegranate with subtle, intriguing notes of bergamot tea, blood orange, & white pepper. Complex and multi-faceted. A homage to the classic reds of Chateauneuf-du-Pape.
Colibri Grenache:
Bright and spicy red cherry preserves with hints of white pepper, cinnamon and star fruit. Our rst 100% Grenache from this storied site shows rich fruit, soft tannins and a beautiful nish.

The Scapegoat: Classic Bordeaux aromatics and structure. Plum, red cherry, and spice with subtle green tobacco and white owers. Soft and rich on the palate. This wine has great acid, low alcohol, and impeccable balance. Should age gracefully for a while.
The Peddler: Rich and tropical with papaya, guava, and green apple on the nose. The palate is juicy with notes of banana, peach, and starfruit with a refreshing minerality that supplies a mouth-watering nish. This viognier is our rst white release at Burning Tree Cellars.
