In the Apache language “Fire Mountain” symbolizes the transition between day and night, light and dark, being and vibration, as the circle of life ends and begins again. This sacred universal process and force of change is also expressed by the grape’s vine as it digs into the earth and reaches for the sky, creating
fruit from the land that eventually transforms into our wine.
