          Dr. Wheeler was recruited by Farmitalia/Carlo Erba/Adria Labs/Erbamont as
          Director  of  New  Oncology  and  Hospital  Product  Development.  He  was

          involved  in  some  of  the  most  successful  cancer  chemotherapy  products  in
          the  history  of  the  industry.  The  products  included  Adriamycin  (doxorubicin
          HCL),  epirubicin,  idarubicin,  Folex,  Adrucil,  Vincasar  and  Neosar,  among

          others. He was appointed General Manager for Austral Asia to manage a joint
          venture  with  David  Bull  Laboratories,  Mulgrave,  Australia.  Further,  he  was

          responsible  for  preclinical  product  development,  in  conjunction  with  the
          research  department,  quality  compliance  and  GMP  operations.  He  was
          involved in the design of Phase I and Phase II clinical trials. He then joined

          NeoRx  Corporation  where  he  worked  on  the  development  and  licensing  of
          OncoTrac to image and stage cancer to determine the most effective course

          of  treatment.  He  was  instrumental  in  licensing  this  product  to  Boehringer
          Ingelheim/Karl Thomae Labs in Germany. In 1991, he joined Receptagen, Ltd.

          as COO, and later as CEO he managed worldwide operations. He purchased
          Vancouver Wholesale Drug Company in Canada and established research and

          product  development  partnerships  with  The  University  of  British  Columbia,
          Canadian  National  Research  Council,  State  University  of  New  York  and  The
          University  of  Washington.  Also,  he  was  Co-Founder  &  Vice  Chairman  of  the

          Washington  State  Biotechnology  Association,  and  Chairman  of  the  Pacific
          Corridor  Enterprise  Council.  He  is  currently  a  Board  Member  of  Biohealth

          Technology, LLC, and consults with several biotechnology firms. Dr. Wheeler
          has  about  5  decades  of  experience  in  the  biotech  and  pharmaceutical

          industry. He previously held an MD Degree from Autonomous Universidad de
          Guadalajara Jalisco, but is now retired. He also holds a BS and MS Degrees

          from The University of Tampa, and an MBA Degree from Nova University.
