Income Replacement Benefits
Group Short-Term (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) Insurance
STD and LTD benefits are administered by Guardian Life Insurance and are provided at no cost to eligible Members. Disability benefits are paid based on a percentage of your
base salary. Benefits under short-term disability benefits begin on the 1st day for accident and 8th day for sickness and will be paid up to a maximum of 13 weeks. LTD benefits become effective once you have exhausted your STD benefits. Members become eligible to participate and begin coverage the first day of the month following their date of hire.
Group Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
Seventh Sense Consulting provides Members the opportunity to receive group term life insurance and matching accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) benefits through Guardian Life Insurance at no cost to eligible Members. The amount of coverage for each program can be up to your base salary (1x your base salary) with maximum benefit of $200,000. Members become eligible to participate and begin coverage the first day of the month following their date of hire.
