You have the opportunity to enroll in supplemental Voluntary Life and AD&D coverage.
This is a Member-paid only benefit and would be in addition to the company-paid group insurance and should be based on your family’s personal financial needs. Members become eligible to participate and begin coverage the first day of the month following their date of hire.
