What is Spiritual Awakening?

Deepak Chopra's Definition

"Awakening happens when you are no longer living in a dream world where

you filter everything through your ego and focusing on the future and the
past. Instead, you have an almost simultaneous awareness of your

individual self and the connection between that and everything else".

Spiritual awakening is a process of becoming more aware and awake to your own
true divinity and the deeper meaning to life.

It is the beginning of your initiation on the spiritual path.

Awakening occurs when, for whatever reason, the ego somewhat lets go so that a
higher self or spirit can rise within.

Why is this Happening?

Consciousness can not be trapped in the mundane. It is also expanding and

moving forward.
Our Soul or Higher Self are here on the School of Earth for learning and

experience.

It usually happens after a shift in consciousness where your view of the world
changes.

You begin to realize there is more to life than this.
