Selling your home yourself, means a lot of administration, marketing, extra costs,

taking phone calls, all of which you can do, but do you have the time?

An agent has the experience, the tools, and frankly is a professional at this.

My best advice is to choose someone you get a good vibe from, has experience
in your area and a good sales record.
