Rule and Regulation of August 1, 1993 the intent was to include/add a sentence that was NOT in
the original declaration as it reads "No visiting pets of such nature are allowed with the
exception of Seeing Eye and/or Hearing dogs. The first one was specifically for the owners not
hving pets and the 2nd for visitors.

                b. Smoking, Issue - At a meeting that we had several years ago someone requested that people
do not smoke in the common areas. After much discussion it was decided to have the Board
invoke the use of the Declaration of Condominiums Article 6, Section 6-2, 4th paragraph-which
states II No unit owner or authorized occupant shall permit or suffer anything to be done .... or
which will obstruct or interfere with the rights of other occupants or annoy them by unreasonable
               noises or otherwise".

It was felt that this Article was broad enough that the Board would have the right to limit
smoking if it annoyed anyone. Last night via vote we just made that issue more definitive as a
new Rule and Regulation. It was felt that this Article was broad enough that the Board would
have the right to limit smoking if it annoyed anyone.

Effective immediately smoking material of any kind is banned from the common areas,
porches and individual units. There is to be no smoking unless it is in a designated smoking
area. The area of designation was left to the board. The board has decided the designated
smoking area will be behind the unit of the owners building. Smoking is not to be done within 25
feet of any building or common area and must not drift into the windows or porch of any unit.
All smoking debris needs to be disposed of in a proper manner and is not to be left on the
grounds. Kim Clifton will look into purchasing some signs to go on the unit entry ways declaring
               our tobacco free status,

Dehumidifiers. Once again these need to be left on at ALL times. They are not to be unplugged
or turned off. Leave these units on to keep moisture and mold from growing. If you have any
               questions

Or concerns please contact a board member.

When the Poulins are plowing after a storm MOVE YOUR CAR this will ensure they can clear
the roadways the proper way. Do not leave you car in a spot and then park elsewhere later.

Please leave ½ a car width on either side of your unit walkway this will give emergency vehicles
access to the building. This has been requested by emergency services.

When you have repairs that need to be done please contact your building representative. If
repairs on not completed within 2 weeks please let your Building Rep or Board member know so
we can follow up with the contractor.
