Island Express Ferry Service is the National Park Service Concessionaires for point-to-point ferry service. Local, experienced Captains safely transport passengers between Cape Lookout, Shackleford Banks, and Harkers Island. All the beautiful islands provide many wonderful attractions including hiking, fishing, camping, swimming, shell collecting and the wild ponies that roam the Shackleford Bank.
