Carteret County Parks and Recreation
From Cedar Point to Down East, Carteret County Parks and Recreation offers a full range of opportunities to Get Up and Get Active! Whether you are a resident or a vacationer, Carteret County Parks and Rec has a variety of recreation, athletic and fitness programs for everyone. The many scenic area parks include amenities such as picnic areas, sports fields, playgrounds, and gorgeous views of the community.
The department also sponsors several Special Events throughout the year, such as the Summer Movie Series, Beach Fun Runs, Carteret County Senior Games and Special Olympics Carteret County.
