The Human Resources Department has launched the County of Monterey Telework Training. Please
continue to learn more about how to access the Telework Policy, Administrative Procedure, and County of
Monterey Telework Agreement Form.
Telework has become an increasingly popular working arrangement that allows individuals to work remotely
and maintain a work-life balance. In line with the County’s initiative to promote said work arrangement, the
Human Resources Department has launched online Telework Program Training course. This training course
aims to provide mutual benefits to both the employee and the County. The training course includes
information about the Telework Policy, the Administrative Procedure, overview of eligibility, eligibility
scenarios, key elements of teleworking, and a link to the updated electronic Telework Agreement Form.
