UPDATED MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
After every contract negotiation cycle with the various employee groups,
the Human Resources Department works with union representatives to
update the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for each bargaining unit.
These MOUs are made available on the Human Resources Department
Labor Relations website.

NEOGOV has transitioned to the Unified Self Service. County Employees will
see a change when the login into Learning Management System (LMS).
Additionally, County Employees have access to free online courses through
the Learning Management System (LMS) as well as valuable manuals,
videos, and additional resources through LMS Resources website.
