9.5 Let’s Personalize this Lesson…
Activity: Have you ever decided to solve an argument by flipping a coin? Head vs. tails? Just
out of curiosity, try flipping a coin and see how many flips it takes to get heads three times in
a row. If you get that, try for four. Think about it, it is a 50% chance between one flip. But
two flips decrease the chance of getting heads both times by 4 or 25% chance. Flipping for
three in a row decreases again the chance to 12.5 percent. And each time you add one, the
chances grow smaller exponentially! What does that tell you about the validity of who Jesus Christ is?
