debris and massive amounts of fossil layers. It would have destroyed any evidence of alleged millions of
year anyway. The rock layers that supposedly represent millions of years would have been deposited in
days or months.
So how can some scientists suggest that the earth is millions of years old? Radiometric dating has been
used to suggest the age, however, radiometric dating methods does can and does have problems,
especially if WATER effected the sample. These dating methods are based on dozens of
presuppositions, most of which cannot be proven. For example, they date ages of fossils or rocks based
on parent and daughter elements present in a sample. Since the past is unknown, they don’t know the
amount of the elements present (parent amount), they don’t know if daughter amounts were added or
removed over the years, and they don’t know if the rate of decay has changed over the years.
For example, a rock sample from the newly formed 1986 lava dome from Mount St. Helens was dated
using the Potassium-Argon dating. The newly formed rock gave ages for the different minerals in it of
between 0.5 and 2.8 million years when they were only 30 years old! These dates show that significant
argon (daughter element) was present when the rock solidified.

Because the youngest coal is supposed to be millions of years old, and most of it is supposed to be tens
or hundreds of millions of years old. Such old coal should be devoid of Carbon 14. It isn't. No source of
coal has been found that completely lacks Carbon 14

distilled water in 4.5 hours."
This is important: Scientific dating is not a way of measuring, but a way of THINKING. Every scientist
must first make assumptions about the past before he can calculate an age. If the result seems okay
then he will happily accept it. But if it does not agree with other information then he will change his
assumptions so that his answer does agree. It is extremely biased and is totally unscientific in its results.
It must also be concluded, therefore, that because nuclear decay has been shown to have occurred at
grossly accelerated rates when molten rocks were forming, crystallizing and cooling, the radiometric
methods cannot possibly date these rocks accurately based on the false assumption of constant decay
through earth history at today’s slow rates. Thus, the radiometric dating methods are highly unreliable
and don’t prove the earth is old.
Here are some scientific evidences for a young earth, approximately less than 10,000 years
old.
1. The earth’s gravitational force is decaying too fast.
