5.5 Let’s Personalize this Lesson…

Activity: Most people will freely admit that they have sinned (disobeyed) the divine Creator. But
without the knowledge of God’s redemptive plan, they cannot be saved. This passage gives us the
heart of the Gospel. If a person does not know that God’s Son, Jesus Christ came to earth and paid
the ultimate price for his sin, how then can he place his faith in the Son? Consider these verses in
                        Romans 10: 14-15 (NLB):

14 But how can they call on him to save them unless they believe in him? And how can they believe in
him if they have never heard about him? And how can they hear about him unless someone tells
them? And how will anyone go and tell them without being sent? That is why the Scriptures say, “How
                   15
beautiful are the feet of messengers who bring good news!”

Are your feet beautiful? Are you sharing the Gospel with those who have never heard it? Perhaps now would
be a good time to recommit yourself to the task of taking the Gospel to the lost. Can you think of a lost person
that you know and make a plan to share with him this week?
