               22.5 Let’s Personalize this Lesson. . .

                         Activity: Read Matthew 13:24-30 and make a list of how it should inform your ministry. What
                         does it keep you from doing and what does it tell you to keep doing as a steward of God’s
                         field? Then read James 2:12-13 and Matthew 7:2 and ask how we as believers are to treat
                         one another if we want to receive a merciful evaluation from the Lord. What would you
                         change about your own way of viewing others in light of these passages? How would your
               view of ministry and counseling those struggling in sin change? When you have done that ask God’s
               forgiveness for where you were wrong, set standards for how to minister in the future, and plan to
