Activity: Have you ever in your life had to stand up against error and as a result, difficult
times came to you? Describe the situation here:

Don’t be surprised! The Bible says that those who live righteously in Christ Jesus WILL SUFFER
PERSECUTION. It’s a promise. In fact, if you have never been persecuted for your faith, perhaps you are
not living righteously in Christ Jesus. If you were, evil folks around you will not like it because your life
magnifies their sin. So expect it!
