9.5 Let’s Personalize this Lesson…
Ok, now we need to make sure your budget is proportional. You should have about 10% of your
resources going toward giving, 10% toward saving, and 80% toward your livelihood. This is
totally a suggestion to just begin a budget. The percentages may change significantly, but the
three categories should not. You may have to have 90% of your money go toward your
livelihood and only have 10% to divide between saving and giving. God knows your situation.
However, if you do not try to budget funds toward all three, you will never be able to profile your plan
according to God’s plan, because He says all three are important. Are all three included in your budget?
