Activity: One of the struggles all of us have is to prize the comfort of safety and home over trials
and difficulties. It is hard to get excited about trials we must endure. But we have to remember
that this world is not our home. We have a home being prepared for us in heaven, for all eternity.
There will be no more pain. No more trials. We will live in perfect peace and harmony for ever
with our Lord. The hope for tomorrow far outweighs the difficulties we endure while we are on our
journey on earth. Remind yourself this when you have to endure hardship. And remember that there is a
reward for faithfulness coming soon.
