THE CHIEF
On behalf of the dedicated men and women of the Red Oak
Police Department, I am pleased to present our 2018
Annual Report. Our mission as an organization is to
provide outstanding police services, in partnership with the
community, to maintain a safe environment that contributes
to the quality of life. To measure whether we are achieving
this mission, we have four organization performance

Quality of Service.
