Who is Andy Offreda?
Married to my beautiful wife Kali of 23 years (elementary counselor) and proud parents to our son Nikolas (17) who'll be starting his freshman year this fall at the University of Houston majoring in Computer Engineering, our daughter Elena (16) who's a sophomore in high school and enjoys the performing arts, and Ginger (8) our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Wife and kids all born and raised in Texas, and myself in NJ. We've lived in San Antonio, TX since 2003. Outside interests include planning vacation with family, exploring new cultures through food, biking, and attending live rock concerts.
Biggest accomplishment organizationally?
Winning COE as a POD of 3 with different franchise sleeves (Tresiba/Xultophy, Ozempic). "Great things in business are never done by one person; they're done by a team of people."-Steve Jobs
Career aspirations?
Being able to gain new skill sets necessary to be successful at Novo Nordisk in a future role in Rare Disease or Cardiology.
Selling style?
Consultative...uncovering patient, practice, and provider needs and building a positive, mutually beneficial, and long-lasting relationship. Treating physician offices as accounts rather than just individual healthcare professionals.
