OBESITY
As NNI continues to navigate through supply constraints with Wegovy, the top priority continues to be the continuity of care for patients already on treatment. The team is looking ahead and moving forward with the promotion of Saxenda as a viable option for patients needing to start a chronic weight management journey.
The Dream Team met on April 25th and 26th to present business plans to discuss strategy and execution built specifically for Saxenda. Obesity Educators attended the meeting as well and presented their business plans and priorities for this POA. Special thanks to Tricia Heflin and Myrian Medrano for the insight and information they provided! The energy and knowledge in the room was remarkable! The OneTeam mentality was in full display as the team worked collaboratively to elevate skills and share territory goals.
Ivan kicked off the meeting by highlighting Q1 successes, team recognition, and reviewing strategic initiatives for POA1B. Aileen Thomas, led the first workshop reviewing the branded anti- obesity space. The content was presented through a competitive and engaging game of Jeopardy. Della Adamez and Sherri Cotlow led a Saxenda clinical trial review with an emphasis on approved key messaging and objection handling. Myrian Medrano and Brian McDonald led a fun and interactive session on the unbranded activation story. Aimee Pivoda and Amir Elysad led a group discussion on managed care updates and Connex opportunities. JT joined the meeting via TEAMS from Las Vegas and provided great insight on region goals and priorities!
