one team Fostering a ONE TEAM Mindset
Spend time getting to know each other in person.
• Grab breakfast or coffee with overlapping colleagues in diabetes and obesity to increase collaboration.
Establish bimonthly or quarterly touchpoints for consistent collaboration and alignment.
• Virtual or in-person meetings with an agenda to help improve coordination and deepen relationships.
Develop a clear understanding of each other's roles and responsibilities.
• Understand each other’s strengths and leverage to increase access and overcome barriers.
• Know when to pass the baton to your colleague (sales, educator, ML, RAM) who has the best tools to meet the customer’s needs.
Determine clear account plans as an NNI team to understand and then meet customer needs.
• Coordinate meetings to uncover customer’s priorities with both obesity and diabetes. Remember to loop in RAM and ML.
• Facilitate conversations and introductions based on customer priorities that can be supported by NNI initiatives in order of priority.
Ensure clear and inclusive communication with updates that are sent to all the participants who can be impacted by the information.
• Communication will increase coordination and collaboration across roles and improve our chance of winning as an NNI Team!
Challenge: Organize a collaborative meeting with diabetes and obesity counterparts you overlap with and send a picture for WTG points.
