OCS: FINISHING STRONG / BUILDING MOMENTUM INTO 2022
The Dream Team finished POA 3 with a strong
performance for both Saxenda and Wegovy! This stems from the La Familia mentality to “bring your own ingredient” to the team. At the beginning of the year Ivan sent each team member a purple rubber bracelet that
said “The recipe for success in 2021.... WE are the key ingredient to our success”. What does this mean? It
means that each person’s individual strength is needed to help the team be the very best that it can be to help customers and patients. There have been several weeks of All Time Highs, stellar customer engagements, and phenomenal 13 week trends, but the most memorable are the countless stories of success coming from HCPs on
how both Wegovy and Saxenda are helping to chang lives. Together, the team has learned of new employer groups and opt in opportunities, prior authorization intel, benefit verification tactics, and impactful messaging. This team ,along with their Regional Account Managers and dedicated obesity educators, will continue to help motivate and energize employers and customers to address obesity with the same sense of urgency as other chronic illnesses.
In order to finish the POA strong the Dream Team will continue to:
Keep HCPs engaged and help patients stay on therapy Discuss Saxenda as a viable option to address obesity Focus on a process with each customer, holding themselves and the customers accountable along the way
Ivan reminds his team that they must “OWN THE NOW.” Circumstances surrounding Wegovy were not ideal but the team pressed on with a unwavering commitment to
their customers.
What will this dynamic team do to prepare for a successful 2022?
