You are welcome to organise your own flights, travel insurance and visas although to allow everyone to arrive and depart on the same flights, we suggest that you book through our travel agent Kerry Graham (kerry@privatetravel.co.nz) who will arrange the group to travel together, recommend the right travel insurance and assist with your visa application.

Visa
You will need to purchase a 30-day visa online from the Vietnam Government’s website about a month from departure. When it’s time to get your visa I recommend you contact Kerry Graham our travel agent.

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is mandatory to join this photography tour and a copy of your insurance certificate is required to be forwarded to Lesley@womeninphotography.co on issuance. If you don’t have a travel advisor, we recommend you contact our travel agent Kerry Graham who can recommend the right policy and arrange a quote.
