Terms & Conditions
• NZ$1,250 deposit is required to secure your place
• If you choose to cancel your booking, your deposit is non-refundable unless we fill your place
• If we have to cancel we will give you a full refund or you can have your deposit transferred to any of our other events (your
choice)
• Full payment is due 8 weeks before the commencement date and is thereafter non-refundable in the event of your
choosing to cancel, unless we are able to re-fill your place.
• You must hold travel insurance - a copy of your insurance certificate will need to be provided. We do recommend that
you take out your insurance on booking, If you don’t have a travel insurer, Kerry Graham can provide you travel insurance
information
• If you organise your own travel, should there be any flight changes or travel assistance required, Kerry and her team,
unfortunately will not be able to assist due to the airlines not allowing access.
• If you are travelling on flights other than what we have suggested, you may be met on arrival at Hanoi by a driver who
will transfer you to your hotel and not Susan.
