1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 General Information

Based on the purchase order no. 826257 confirmation on 10 of January 2023 by email from
University of Melbourne concerning the implementation of underwater cleaning of sensor
glass MT Sinar Morotai an located-on Salira Anchorage, Merak - Indonesia.
The Underwater cleaning of sensor glass MT Sinar Morotai was commenced on January 16,
2023. During the underwater work was attended by Mr. Isnain Aliman (Representantive
University of Melbourne), Mr. Jelle and PT Samudera Mbiantu Sesami diving team.
The scope of work underwater cleaning of sensor glass includes visual inspections (photo) by
the diver used underwater camera before execution cleaning of sensor glass.
