1.  INTRODUCTION

                   1.1  GENERAL INFORMATION

                      Based on the Work order No.B.9446 confirmation on January 31, 2023, by email from
                      PT  Samudera  Indonesia  Ship  Management  concerning  the  implementation  of
                      underwater work of rope/net removal from bow thruster and Propeller M/E MT Sinar

                      Maratam an located-on Tanjung Gerem Anchorage, Merak - Indonesia.
                      The underwater work of rope/net removal from bow thruster and Propeller M/E MT
                      Sinar  Maratam  commenced  on  June  03,  2023.  During  the  underwater  work  was
                      attended  by  Master  of  Sinar  Mataram  (Capt.  Alderin  J.  Palenewen)  and  Chief

                      Engineer and PT Samudera Mbiantu Sesami diving team.
                      The scope of work underwater includes visual inspections (photo & video) by the
                      diver used underwater camera before and after execution rope/net removal.
