We’ve babbled and bibled the arc
From Ararat to Ziggurat:
Dumb Adam snarls his bite and bark,
And Eve’s found none can dig her chat.
Despite those signs we’re in the dark,
Now high and dry we figure that
Our heads above the water mark
Must simply need a bigger hat.
