Synopsis
Luna Rae has moved to a new house in a new town
with her family. She feels very anxious – about being somewhere new, about starting at a new school and not knowing anybody, and most of all about the fact that her mum never seems to be at home and Luna doesn’t know why.
She meets a boy who lives on the same street as her, Rudo, who takes her to a treehouse in the garden of an empty house.They become friends and decide to spy on all of their neighbours and report back to each other on any suspicious activity.
Luna keeps missing her mum in the morning and after school, which her dad says is because her mum is work-
