Now glue the twigs together carefully in every place that they cross over each other. All of your ends should overlap a bit, which will make it easier to tie – and it will look better too! Let your star dry completely.
Wrap your jute twine round each place where the twigs cross, then tie it tightly and cut off the loose ends. Now it’s time to decorate! You could use shiny ribbons, string, paint and other bits to decorate your star however you like. If you have some fairy lights, you could even wrap these around your star to make it really shine!
