 GO wild in the woods
Sometimes walking in the woods can be a bit quiet, so if you want to hop, jump and run, why not make your very own nature adventure course?
Use your log or branch for balancing on or jumping over. If you can find two larger stones or stumps, you can lay the branch across them and crawl under it, checking first that there are no sharp stones or sticks in your way.
Line your stones up with a bit of space between them so you can leap from stone to stone.
Use your leaves or twigs to create a couple of circles, close together: you can jump between them with both feet, or hop back and forth on one foot.
Once you have arranged your course, warm up by jogging on the spot, doing a few jumping jacks and stretching. Then go to the START line!
