Football teams usually employ a groundskeeper to take care of the pitch. They look after the grass in all kinds of weather all year round to make sure it doesn’t freeze over or dry out.
There are many different jobs that need to be carried out so a stadium is ready for a game, such as ticketing staff to sell tickets.
There are also people selling food and drink,
stewards to help keep fans safe and help with directions, cleaners
to keep the stadium tidy and many more.
