Page 162 - Writes of Passage
P. 162
Nicolette Jones has spent a lot of her life reading, for work and for fun (mostly both at once). She is the children’s books reviewer for The Sunday Times, has judged quite a few book prizes, chaired bookish events at festivals, read aloud a great deal to her children, taught writing, and written books of her own for both adults and young people. Her head is full of characters and stories and poetry and bits of writing she remembers and savours. She cannot promise always to have followed all the good advice in the pieces chosen here, so she will entirely understand if you don’t always either.
