Mary Wollstonecraft
Mary Wollstonecraft (1759 – 1797) was a writer and champion of the rights of women. She was one the earliest feminist philosophers, and the work from which these words are taken, A Vindication of the Rights of Women, published in 1792, is considered to be one of the first feminist texts.
