Other famous ancient Greek legends include the tale of the great hero Odysseus who took on Polyphemus, a one-eyed, MAN-EATING (and probably CHILD-EATING, if he fancied a snack) giant called a cyclops!
One day the beast trapped Odysseus and his men inside his cave and began nibbling aWay at them one by one. Clever Odysseus brought the giant Wine to make him fall asleep. Then he drove a ReD-HoT StAkE into his one eye. OoOoOoH! That’s got to sting.

Odysseus and his men then escaped by tying themselves beneath some sheep that Polyphemus kept in his cave overnight. As the sheep left the cave the blinded monster checked their backs, but not their bellies. In your fAcE, Polyphemus, (literally).
