Create a new habitat for wildlife by planting native trees with your family.
How you can help
Switch off the lights when you leave a room to save electricity.
Talk to your parents about using reusable batteries. Batteries contain harmful chemicals and if they are thrown away, the chemicals can leak into the ground.
Eat locally sourced foods, which have not travelled lots of ‘food-miles’.
Try to dust your lightbulbs once in a while – dusty lightbulbs use more energy than clean ones.
