I Found Campaign
QVC was celebrating its 30-year anniversary. At the same time, it was getting ready to
offer its networks in China, France, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom and the
United States the “I found” advertising campaign—the first advertising campaign
created by QVC to align the markets on brand identity and voice while encouraging
market customization.
I led the internal communications efforts for the complementary internal “I found”
campaign to celebrate both milestones. It brought together the QVC family to celebrate
their shared history and the exciting future the global team would build together. The
multi-channel, global internal campaign included:
• previews of the external campaign and interviews with the brand team behind it
• interviews hosted by QVC’s newest team members as they engaged with each
market’s longest-tenured employees on what they “found” at QVC, including
some who had been with the company for all 30 years
• “I found” message walls at each location for employees to share what they have
“found” working at QVC
• an intranet homepage takeover featuring these elements, along with trivia,
customer video interviews, host interviews, colleague appreciation tools and more
