Comcast was at an inflection point,
transforming from a traditional cable
company to a technology firm with a
company-wide re-commitment to
“dream big” and to deliver a superior
customer experience.
I co-developed the initial messaging and
narrative for “dream big,” as well as co-led
the multi-platform internal communications
strategy and its multi-year, cross-company
implementation. This included: live, all-
employee broadcasts; a manager
implementation playbook; employee guide;
leader guide; external advertising previews;
print samples for employees; digital signage,
integration with the annual employee survey
and more.
