QVC, HSN, zulily and the Cornerstone Brands
(Ballard Designs, Improvements, Grandin Road,
Frontgate, and Garnet Hill) were coming together
as Qurate Retail Group (QRG) with a new name,
leadership team and company structure.
It would be over a year before the new QRG would
have an integrated intranet. I led the creation,
writing and management of the Qurate Retail
Group integration flipbook that provided
employees with unified messaging, leadership bios,
fact sheets, integration FAQs and other resources
bundled in an interactive, ~50-page flipbook. It
was updated monthly and placed on each
company’s intranet.
