Unlike similar events –typically run at 20-50% margins– the Armada uses a breakeven budget and a volunteer team
While we all share in covering (comparatively small) operational & overhead costs for running the trip (IT, insurance, etc.), we keep prices down through our breakeven model

profits boat for their own group
