BARNSLEY MUSEUMS & HERITAGE TRUST FIRST FUNDRAISING DINNER
Set in the impressive Ironworks building at Elsecar Heritage Centre, enjoy performances from singer-songwriter Kate Rusby and be entertained by special guest speakers including Barnsley’s own poet laureate Ian McMillan, and professor and Egyptologist Joann Fletcher.
Figures from Barnsley’s history will be brought to life and there will be a chance to view treasures from Barnsley’s collections, from Lalique glassware to real Roman and Egyptian artefacts.
This is a unique celebration in the Trust’s calendar and an exciting opportunity to bring the Barnsley business community together while raising vital funds to keep Barnsley’s heritage alive for future generations.
