The seeming name embodies the restaurant’s purpose to tribute to a
retro-inspired by the 60’s psychedelic era. Ragsak is an Ilocano word for
”happiness” (Cruz, 2013). It has the right dose of grooviness with a hint of
funky vibe that tickles your imagination. In Ragsak, the goal is to make the
space ideal for people to come back and to let them process their journey
in the revitalization of self-identity. Part of this perception is built upon a
form of a ripple effect. This occurs when you start to express your
