Applying the sustainability of

design, plastic bottles from

Manila Bay are used in the

restaurant's store front with the

waves similar to the sea.

Dala ng Alon is a casual dining restaurant

located in Ayala Malls, Manila Bay with

application of green design and

sustainability. It is inspired by a Filipino

indigenous group, the Badjao Tribe, that is

chosen and then conceptualized and co-

created with a partner, Epiphanie Soriano.
