➢ Describe students, faculty and non-teaching staff’s participation in the

                         planning and implementation of policies and activities concerning their
                         welfare.

                              •  The faculty and staff have been supportive to

                                 the growth and development of the institution
                                 they were being involved in the planning and

                                 implementation of the campus policies.


                              •  The student council and organizations of the

                                 campus has been participative in the activities
                                 of  the  campus,  some  of  the  activities  are

                                 sponsored by the student council to make the

                                 activity become successful.

                       ➢ Show  evidences/manifestations  that  concerned  officials,  faculty  and

                         staff act promptly on request, needs and problems of the students.


                              •  The  students  have  varying  needs  and

                                 problems  especially  in  borrowing  of  the
                                 laboratory  equipment,  completion  form  and

                                 request letter. In this regard the chair makes
                                 necessary action to address the concerned of

                                 the students. Other needs of the students are

                                 then addressed to concerned officials of the
                                 campus.
