3. OUTCOMES

➢ Present evidences/manifestations that the institution has an efficient
and effective procurement and supply management system.

• The Supply and Property unit of the University

is responsible for the acquisition and disposal

of supplies, materials and equipment needed
for the implementation of programs, activities

and projects of the University.

• All funding sources of the major units are

being consolidated based on procurement
plans stipulated. The Philippine Government

Electronic Procurement System (Phil-GEPS)
as the Official websites for the publication of

the notices and invitations for goods and

services notifies the public and interested
parties for participation to bid in the different

plans, properties and equipment as well as
supplies and materials.
