keep and secure procured supplies materials

and equipment.

• The Supply Office properly makes annual

inventory of serviceable and non-serviceable
supplies, materials and equipment.

• Publication of procurement needs in the
Philippines Government Electronic

Procurement System (Phil-GEPS) is utilized
for transparency of transactions.
