➢ Cite as many best practices as you can on Parameter G (Institutional
Planning and Development) such as attainment of objectives,

sustainability of operations & monitoring systems.

• The University has a Planning and Development
Office that prepares development plans for

CvSU at macro – level in accordance with the
mission and vision of the University and with

national and regional priorities.

• The Campus has also its own Strategic
Development Plan prepared by the Campus

Administrator, Department Chairperson, Faculty,
Non-Academic Employees, Students

Representative and Alumni.

• The University has a management information
system (MIS) that monitors the needed data and

information to top- level management and other
appropriate Offices.

• There is a regular monitoring and evaluation of
the Strategic Development Plan (SDP).

• There is an annual review of the status of

implementation of Strategic Development Plan.

• The outcomes are also cited on the
accomplishment reports and annual report of the

campus.
